A well-known personality, Alastair appears regularly in both print and broadcast media. He’s been a stalwart of Network 10’s Ready Steady Cook  team since 2005 and – according to Alastair – he has a very high win ratio!

Alastair’s love of all things local led him to a role as a presenter on Queensland Weekender, a travel show that airs on Channel Seven nationwide. He’s also hosted his own show, Off the Eaten Track , that’s aired nationally in Australia and New Zealand. This homegrown food show celebrates the wealth of produce available in our own backyard.

Brisbane News  readers would also be familiar with his monthly column and recipes, while ABC radio listeners are regularly treated to his Irish brogue as part of his cooking segment with Warren Boland.
